How To Open A Hiveage Account?
To open an account on hiveage.com, follow these steps:
- Visit the Hiveage website.
- Click on the Sign Up button.
- Fill out the registration form with your details.
- You can also sign up using your Google or Facebook account. When you click the relevant social media button in the Sign Up page, Hiveage will connect with that social media network and request for only the minimum amount of information required (your firstname, lastname and the email address).
- After signing up, go to Settings to complete your Business Profile. This includes your business details that will appear on your invoices.
- Choose your System Preferences to set your default formats for currency, dates, time, mileage etc.
- Enter any tax amounts you charge by clicking on the Taxes, Discounts and Shipping section. Be sure to check off “Enable Taxes” and then enter any tax types you charge.
- Add service categories or products you sell. This allows you to instantly add them to any estimate or invoice via a drop down.
- Add your logo under Account Customization so it appears on every estimate and invoice.
- Customize your outgoing emails under Account Customization. This includes the Send Invoice, Send Estimate and Payment Receipt emails.
- Go to the CRM tab to add a few clients to your account. This will allow you to select any client just simply starting to type their name into an invoice or via a drop down.
- Send your first invoice to yourself to see how it looks. Note: To view the invoice just like a customer would, be sure to log out of your Hiveage account before opening the email. You can also use the Preview Invoice option for this.

Hiveage Return Policy?
Hiveage.com has a no refund policy. Payments made to Hiveage for any subscription plan (monthly or yearly) or one-time offer will not be refunded once the payment is processed by the payment gateway. Upon cancellation of your account or downgrading your account to Hiveage Free plan, you won't be charged again unless otherwise for any due amounts incurred before the downgrade or account cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and selecting the Reset or Cancel Account option under Settings. To change your subscription or downgrade your account to the Hiveage Free plan, please select the Subscription option from the profile menu. If you are on the monthly billing cycle, please downgrade your account before 00:00 UTC of the first day of the month so that you will not be charged for that month. If you are on the yearly billing cycle, please downgrade before the next annual subscription renewal date. Downgrades are applied immediately. Payments already made to Hiveage for any module(s) will not be refunded, once the payment is processed by the payment gateway irrespective of the billing cycle.
